Your Guide to Leaders Circle at Lake Tahoe

We are thrilled you'll be joining us and look forward to welcoming you to The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. Below you'll find everything you need to know to plan your trip and make your arrival seamless.

1. Before You Arrive

🗓️ Your Personalized Agenda Your personalized agenda is your primary resource for travel details, selected breakouts, and activities for you and your guest. Please review it carefully for accuracy. Please use the link provided in the Know Before You Go email sent on September 24. Or navigate to the “Personalized Agenda” tab.

Please Note: One-on-one and peer-to-peer meetings are scheduled separately. You will receive these invitations directly by email with the option to add them to your calendar.

✈️ Action Required: Submit Your Travel Information To arrange your complimentary ground transportation, we must have your flight arrival and departure information. If you have not already done so, please email your itinerary to our team.

☀️ Weather & Attire The dress code for all event programming is business casual. With mountain temperatures, layers are highly recommended for your comfort.

2. When You Arrive

📍 Arrival from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) Your shared ground transportation is confirmed under your last name.

  1. After going down the escalator at RNO, proceed directly through the arrivals area.
  2. Look for our transport team holding a "Leaders Circle" sign at the large bronze ski statue (located just past the slot machines).

🚗 Arrival by Personal Vehicle Complimentary valet is the only parking option available for guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. Please follow signs to the main entrance and proceed to the portico to be greeted by the valet team.

  • The property has 6 EV charging stations available.

3. Registration & On-Site Information

Event Registration & Badge Pick-Up Please pick up your badge at the event registration desk located in the main hotel entrance. Once registered, you will be escorted to hotel check-in.

For security, your badge must be worn at all times. If your badge is lost, please visit the registration desk for a replacement.

Registration Desk Hours:

  • Sunday, Sept 28: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Monday, Sept 29: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Sept 30: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Leaders Circle Information Desk If you have any questions while on-site, please visit our Information Desk, located in the main lobby of The Ritz-Carlton.

4. Your Departure

🛫 Departing from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) Your pre-arranged shared ground transportation is confirmed under your last name. You will receive detailed departure instructions, including your specific shuttle time, on the morning of your departure day.
